Hip pain

Hip pain may be caused by improper positioning of the pelvis.

The first consequence of a flat ground is an improper positioning of the pelvis.
Typically, pelvis rotation adds up to lumbar hyperlordosis. All this has an impact on the femoral heads which are no longer able to work in ideal conditions.
This means that, the weight will no longer be properly distributed on all the hip articular surface, but that some portions will be subject to an overload and therefore to early wear (when we are in a monopodalic position, while walking, the hip on which we are resting must bear a compression force equal to 3 times the body weight in order to be able to maintain the pelvis in a horizontal position).
A non physiological overload of the hip may lead, in the long run, to the onset of pain, arthrosis and movement limitation.

Ergonomic posturology, thanks to the use of special “tutors”, allows a proper walking by restoring a balanced distribution of loads. By eliminating overloads, degenerative phenomena are interrupted, and this enables the body to regenerate injured parts.

A posturologist, by analyzing the cause of pain, creates customized “tutors” to be positioned inside shoes, and in this way, restores a balanced distribution of loads, bringing back the center of gravity to its ideal position, and eliminating the causes of pain.
